The Inspiron is another solid release from the once weakened Dell Computer. Solid quality chassis met with about as much mortality as a higher end 15″ gets you these days, it goes toe to toe with the big dogs.

Thin-ish, Light-ish, but sporting a beast of a display, a wonderfully usable trackpad, and one of the best damn keyboards out there, this laptop is a big recommend from G Computer, LLC.

Keyboard

The Rolls Royce of keyboards. Firm, planted keys that have a soft bounce when you tap down on them. A drawback? It’s not full sized. They took a page out of Apple’s book and nixed the num-pad. Now, for me, and most people, this won’t be a big deal – but its something to note that a lot of accountants or those working in a Dr. Office, this may be a deal breaker.

Speed and Performance

It’s great, no complaints. Comes with an SSHD, but if you’re going to be spending money on any new computer these days, you should be going full fledge SSD. Faster, more reliable, and they’re much cheaper now so it’s a no brainer.
